"Twice now I have had vehicles that were supposed to be insured to only find out months later that they had not been insured. Also was denied a claim on lightning damage. Also have seen too much turnover with their staff... Not a good sign! Update: In recent months I received a text message from the Brad Chapman office asking me to come back. I told them that was a pretty good joke after the way I was treated the last time. I went in-depth to say that Ken Terryn is my guy at Smith and Eddie Insurance in Scottville and how all I have to do is send him a text message and he takes care of my claims. I have been with Smith and Eddie on my personal and fleet vehicles for about 4 years now and my business and home insured with them for several years before that. The value in the service that Smith and Eddy provides exceeds any dollar savings that I may have received by going back to Brad Chapman. Thanks but no thanks!"

"Watch your bills because they love telling you oh it's this and if you got multi cars on there they're going to cancel one add it on cancel it again and cancel your other one add your other one and then tell you that it's your fault because you didn't fill out a piece of paper when it's their fault that they didn't give you the piece of paper because they're underwriter needs a piece of paper"
