I have been a State Farm agent for 18 years. I grew up in Spring Lake Mi. I went to Alma College for my bachelor’s and then went on to Michigan State for my master’s degree.

I have a wonderful wife Carmen, an awesome daughter Veronique and a white Labrador Sammy, who sometimes is the official greeter in the office. In the spring we like to get outside and walk on the beach and watch the icebergs melt away. And just enjoy the warmth of the sun,

I am active Rotarian, taking a leadership role in making Elephant Ears, giving out dictionaries to all the 3rd graders in Mason County and a mentor for the STRIVE students. I am also active with the Orioles athletic programs.

And yes, I am older than my picture, but I feel young, so the picture is a reflection of how young I feel.
